Making Stories is an independent, remote-first knitwear design publisher focusing on the intersection of sustainability and knitting. Our core product is our Making Stories Magazine, published twice a year and filled with modern knitwear patterns and sustainable yarns. With Making Stories Magazine, we strive to feature companies and makers who focus on sustainability, transparency, fairness and equity in their work. We love telling their stories and hope to inspire and enable crafters to make conscious and informed decisions about the materials they use and companies they support. Our latest issue, Issue 5 - "Inside Nature", is going to be released on March 24. It contains 12 stunning knitwear designs inspired by nature alongside an essay, poem and short graphic novel exploring the relationship between nature and making.
