How do you create sustainable, long-term growth in your business? We’ve got together a number of business minds from across the industry to speak on their experience in growing their business - from the challenges to the successes. The term "sustainable growth" can be a bit mysterious in itself - what we mean is growth that is repeatable, ethical, and responsible to and for current and future communities connected to the industry.
As we all know, the fibre community is a very tight-knit space (pun totally intended), and many of us are deeply concerned about how to create an ethical business that is able to grow financially for the business-sake but also more importantly in order to better provide for the people involved and affected by the business itself.
