TALKING STITCHES

Founded in 2021, Talking Stitches is a Virtual Trade show we developed to fill the void of trade events within the fibre industry.  One of the most amazing things in our industry is the vast breadth of businesses, creativity, knowledge, and products and yet trade events are only geared towards one end of the market. We wanted to change that. 

So with a very short time frame and a lot of enthusiasm we pulled together Talking Stitches in five weeks in 2021 with a dozen vendors, professional development opportunities, and with representatives from over 300 shops worldwide in attendance. It was a truly amazing foray into what and how we could bring the industry together. 

In 2022, we are expanding the programming and the scope of Talking Stitches to include more opportunities for smaller businesses who want to grow, professional development seminars, and a marketing plan designed to create sustainable growth for everyone involved. Our mission is to support the fibre industry and the businesses within it to achieve their business goals through strategic and sustainable growth.
