Telling Yarns

Based on our family farm in Bedfordshire, sourced throughout Britain.Hand-dyed colours inspired by Literature, captured on British heritage wools that support you in creating heirlooms.

In 2019 an idea emerged in Beth Sparks to create a sustainable loop between farm and craft, using business experience learnt in London to focus on a passion for home and the land.
Since then Telling Yarns has become the embodiment of this desire to create a modern business that respects heritage methods and mindsets, while regenerating the land that she and her family are hefted to.

In 2022 Telling Yarns will offer its first all British custom spun yarn, with hopes of developing this into a custom grown and spun wool on the Bedfordshire farm. Telling Yarns are offering all their non-superwash yarns for wholesale in repeatable batches.
